series of deep-tank graphic film processor is the top-end of
a line of high-quality products, conceived to offer high
productivity combined with operator comfort.
Prepared for on-line
Danagraf
offers on-line solutions for almost any image setter on
today´s market. All deep-tank processors are prepared for
online and work with a wide range of image setters such as
ECRM, PrePress Solution, Heidelberg, Ultre, Scitex etc.
Optional daylight cassette holder
The optional extra large cassette compartment handles most
cassette types.
Logic
microprocessor control
The tip-touch panel controls all processor functions such as
hours of operation, the amount of film and chemistry used,
speed, replenishment, temperature, filters, start/stop time
as well as dryer temperature which can all be set and
altered with simple commands.
Power
and water saving
The deep-tank series is designed with the environment in
mind. When not in use, the unit goes into standby mode with
considerable savings in energy and water. Prepared for
attachment of all environmental equipment such as the DG 100
air cleaning unit, which is standard equipment for the DG
5020 and for the DG 300 water re-circulation unit.
Efficient drying system
The adjustable airflow dryer dries the developed material
completely and removes all aggressive chemical fumes and hot
air via a ventilator, thus protecting the unit against
corrosion.
Incorporates
leading-edge product design and styling, innovative full
featured processing in a compact, space saving ¡°small
footprint¡± application. The processor has been developed in
close cooperation with the world¡¯s leading photo polymer
plate and equipment suppliers. Available in two formats, 68
cm (26.8¡±) version covering formats 2-up and 4-up (portrait)
and 85 cm (33.5¡±) covering 4-up and 8-up (portrait). As a
stand alone unit, or configured for on-line operation with
the market¡¯s leading platesetters, this smaller and highly
efficient processor has more than enough capacity to support
the most challenging medium sized clients. The pricing of
this CtP processor now also makes it affordable to a
